Double celebration for Greenacre Honda with multiple award wins 

Proving that team work really does make the dream work, leading local car group, Greenacre Honda, is celebrating after scooping top honours at this year’s national Honda Customer Excellence Awards for Best Group – Sales. What’s more, its Blackburn dealership also secured an individual Sales award.

The awards, which champion the success of the most successful Honda dealerships in the UK, are held in high regard among dealers because the results are based solely on customer feedback. Indeed, customers at Greenacre Honda, which has sites in Blackburn and Clitheroe customers, can be rest assured that they are receiving the very best customer care and great customer experience from an award-winning team.

Putting customers at the heart of the purchasing process is key to providing excellent customer service and Greenacre Honda won the Best Group Performance for Sales award because its average Customer Service index (CSi) score, as voted by the sales customers of both sites in the six months leading up to the end of March 2016, was the highest in the country.

The Blackburn team won the Customer Excellence Award for Sales award because its average CSi score was the fourth highest in the country.
