When customers bring their vehicle to Greenacre Honda, our Honda-trained technicians will perform a complimentary health check. If anything is found that needs reporting to the customer, the technician will make a short video which allows them to not only report the facts, but also show the customer the findings. An email and text message will then be sent to the customer’s email address and/or mobile phone, which links to the technician’s video on a web page presentation. Customers appreciate the transparency, and providing this service helps Greenacre build trust with customers, and provide an excellent service.
