My husband is fatally ill and I needed help to exchange our two Honda car, a CRV and a Jazz for a modern hybrid Jazz. We bought our last Jazz from Greenacres Honda and were delighted with the service we received. My husband contacted Mr Jeff Sinclair, assistant sales manager with the company, who swung into action immediaely. I had all ready tried the seating and driving position of the Jazz hybrid in the showroom and really liked it., but I had not driven it. Jeff arranged to bring their demonstator, which was in the exact shade of red, to our home and I was able to have a test drive. My husband was not well enough to see it or drive it at that time. We agreed a deal with Mr Sinclair which we considered tobe extremely fair and within our budget. Delivery was forecast for May and the CRV was collected from our home the following week. Events moved quicker than expected and we believe that Honda were able to locate a red Jazz which could be delivered to Honda at Clitheroe, The car was prepared and deliverd to our home on Monday 21st February 2022. We are absolutely delighted with the car and i have all ready fallen in love with it(I'm 80 years of age). We feel that Jeff Sinclair, the staff at Greenacres Honda and we believe staff at Honda's Head Office have gone out their way to help us at a difficult time. The salesman (Mick Loftus) explained very clearly the procedure for purchasing the new car, we had an extensive test drive and looked at all the options of colours and extras before making our final decisions. The atmosphere at the Honda garage in Clitheroe is very relaxed and we where very well treated with no pressure to make quick decisions. When we collected the car Mick took a long time to explain how everything worked so that we fully understood everything before driving off. We then a few days later received a telephone call to check everything was ok and where then invited back next week to review the cars operating systems.

As I have mobility problems Greenacre arranged for my car to be collected and taken for service and MOT which was an enormous help to me. This was done on the arranged time by a very pleasant employee and my car was returned to me later that day, I was notified by telephone by Greenacres that my service had been completed and the result and that my car was on its journey back to me.
